Main responsibilities

•Effectively work with purchasing clerk to obtain various job items including rental tools and equipment.

•Maintain employee time and attendance logs

•Complete all necessary internal reporting and external customer reporting.

•Prepares all relevant project hire-in and temporary agency workers documentation in accordance with Company policy and site requirements

•Effective liaison between the client jobsite personnel and the B&P Project Manager, providing meeting minutes of site meetings.

•Maintain all site documentation for the Company

•Maintains effective line of communication with both site team and corporate office for duration of project.

Experience and qualifications required

Essential

•Strong decision making and problem solving skills are required.

•Highly organized and ability to multitask

•Must be computer literate and be able to communicate effectively by both written and oral means

•Experience with MS Office products

•Must be willing to travel
