BCHA are a diverse and growing specialist housing, learning and support provider. We provide support to our customers who may be facing a range of issues such as homelessness, domestic abuse, mental health, substance misuse, and human trafficking. BCHA provide temporary accommodation in Exeter, and are looking for a Night Worker to join our small and supportive team.

BCHA are recruiting for our adult 10-bed service in Yeovil, looking to employee Night Staff, to be part of the team, learning and working together. If you are able to work nights, and would like to build relationships with people to support them learn, change and grow and to have greater control of their lives then we would like to hear from you.
We currently have a full time and part time position in our small 10-bed new service in Yeovil. You do not need any experience for the position, however you do need to be someone who is solution focussed, willing to apply yourself, think on your feet, able to communicate effectively, including typing clear factual reports and have a good sense of humour. We can teach you the rest.
BCHA provide support and promote the services necessary to address the complex issues that our customers may present, and alongside our partner agencies and provides bring services around drug and alcohol, mental health, criminal and justice, education and wellbeing into our services to promote inclusion and manage customer skill set.

Full or Part time positions available - Starting wage £12.59 an hour, there is opportunity for salary increases during your employment with BCHA. Working week hours - Monday - Friday 10pm - 8am Saturday - Sunday 8pm - 8am
