As an Operations Manager at TLG, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the design, development and integration of operational and academic processes. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the student continuation and completion rates, along with fostering student engagement and development. Some of the key responsibilities would include:
Systematically analysing student performance data to ensure targets and key performances indicators (KPIs) are met. Monitoring retention trends across departments and programmes, identifying opportunities for improvement and action. Collaborating with programme leaders and other departments to develop measurable plans and initiatives for students retention and success. Facilitating a consistent and uniform approach to program withdrawal, interruption and progression. Coordinating college-wide initiatives aimed at increasing student success. Showcasing impactful retention and student success initiatives in collaboration with the Senior Management Team and other departments. Assisting in organising additional academic support sessions for students, as needed. Undertaking and implementing projects as required to support the smooth operations of the college.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications and skills: · Bachelor’s degree in education, Business Management, or a related filed (master’s degree preferred). · Proven experience in student retention management or a related filed. · Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets. · Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. · Proficiency in budgeting and financial management. · Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team. · Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and standards. · Commitment to celebrating diversity and promoting equality.
