descrizione	For a 5 Stars Luxury Resort in Venice, we are looking for a F&B Manager, who will oversee 6 restaurant outlets. Oversee daily F&B operations. Develop strategies to meet revenue and profit goals. Analyze the food and labour costs. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Train and supervise F&B staff. Collaborate with culinary team to create innovative menus. Manage inventory and procurement to optimize profitability. Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. At least 5 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in 5-star luxury hotels. Proven track record of achieving revenue targets. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of luxury trends and best practices. Location: the position is based in Venice. Employment type: full time, permanent contract. The job post is addressed to both sexes (Legislative Decree no. 198/2006) and in compliance with the provisions of Article 10 of Legislative Decree no. 276/2003.
